1. Grand Entrance Archway

• A beautifully designed festive gateway adorned with traditional torans, Rangoli arrangements, and golden accents, welcoming visitors into the Mela.

• Elegant lighting effects and decorative fabric draping, creating a mesmerizing first impression.

2. Booth & Hallway Decor

• The main hall and walkways were enhanced with festive elements, hanging decore, and floral torans, setting the tone for an immersive Diwali experience.

• A well-designed registration desk, decorated with traditional Diwali elements, ensuring a grand yet welcoming experience for guests upon arrival.

• Elegant backdrop with golden drapes and diya arrangements, reflecting the essence of the festival.

• Themed table setups, floral accents, and decorative signage to enhance the visual appeal.

4. Thematic Photo Booth & Backdrops

• A dedicated photo booth featuring a luxurious golden drape backdrop, offering attendees a perfect spot to capture festive memories.

• Customized JITO branding elements, blending tradition with the organization’s identity while keeping the decor elegant and vibrant.

5. Illuminated Walkways & Stage Decor

• Walkways lined with hanging bells, and traditional lanterns, guiding attendees into a mesmerizing festive experience.

• The main stage was beautifully decorated with fabric draping, diya placements, and intricate motifs, serving as the central attraction for performances and speeches.

6. FestiCelebration Booth & Gifting Display

• A dedicated FestiCelebration booth, showcasing exclusive Diwali gifting solutions and festive decor products.

• The space allowed visitors to explore customized gifting options such as jute bags, silk potlis, and curated return gifts, creating a personalized and interactive experience.
